Ok I’m completely addicted to Flickr. Flickr is a website where you can upload your photos and everyone can see them.. which in turn means you can look at everyone else’s photos. It’s overwhelming.. and amazing at the same time. They get millions of photos everyday. So everyday I find myself posting pictures, surfing and picking my favorites. Here are a few of my favorites just from the last couple of months:

For some reason not all of the pictures are showing up…bummer! Ok off to watch some TV.

Welcome to the new blog!!! I hope you like it! My dear friend Holly helped me with it big time!! First of all, she made the cool background and then sent me my fun headshots from CHA last July. So Holly.. Thanks Chica, I owe you big time!!!

So the flu has hit hard at my house. I got home from the hospital last Thursday and then the very next day I got a call to pick up Ellie from daycare because she had a fever. She has had a high fever for the past 6 days!! We went to the doctor twice and then informed me yesterday that this was full blow flu. YUCK! Then the doctor told me that we were half way there and that we should expect another 5-7 days and that more than likely Jeff and I would get it. I almost cried right there. It was a grim picture yesterday… but today things are looking up!! Ellie slept through the night and no fever this morning!! woo hoo. On the advice of my pediatrician I called my doctor and got a prescription for Tamiflu. Hopefully that will stop it from heading my way.

Ok I have a crazy cat. Her name is Della and I swear she is nuts. I have no idea what to think about her. She is like a billy goat. She eats everything in sight, including clothes and plastic. Nothing is safe. She ONLY eats wet food. She would starve before she ate the big bowl of dry food next to her bowl. Every morning and every night she meows and meows until I feed her. I swear she is starving. And yes I have taken her to the vet.. she is fine. Anyway, she gets on the counters all of the time. We have tried EVERYTHING!! I even have a spray bottle out and spray her all of the time. Jeff wants to desperately get her a shock collar but I won’t let him. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.
